📚 Why We're Moving to Group Tutoring – And Why It's Great for Your Child

At iAMMA Tutoring, our mission is simple: deliver high-quality, personalised education that supports every child to grow in confidence, skills, and motivation.

For years, we’ve provided one-on-one tutoring that delivers excellent results. But now, we’re introducing small group tutoring — and it’s not only more affordable for families, it’s often better for learners.

💡 What’s Changing?

We’re transitioning many of our 45-minute private sessions (which cost $65–$75) into small group sessions of up to 4 students, with a new rate of just $50 per student.

  • ✔️ Same high-quality teaching

  • ✔️ More collaborative learning

  • ✔️ Reduced cost for families

🧠 Why Group Tutoring Works

Group tutoring is a powerful way for students to learn. When children work alongside others of similar ability, they benefit from:

  • đź’¬ Shared strategies and thinking

  • 🧩 Improved problem-solving skills

  • đź‘‚ Hearing different ways of approaching tasks

  • 🤝 Peer-to-peer encouragement

  • đź’¬ Boosted communication and social confidence

Group sessions are carefully planned and grouped by age, learning needs, and ability level, so your child will always be supported at their own pace.

đź’¸ Affordable and Flexible

We know that one-on-one tutoring isn’t accessible for everyone. This new model allows us to offer:

  • $50 per session per student

  • $90 for two siblings in the same group

  • Discounts for term bookings

That’s up to $25 cheaper per session than private tutoring — and often more effective, too!

👩‍🏫 Our Promise: Quality First

Every group session is still led by a qualified educator with experience supporting a range of learning needs. Small groups allow us to keep sessions engaging, focused, and responsive to each student.

We don’t just “supervise” groups — we teach, mentor, and inspire in every session.
